Star Surfer Devlog 1 - Settings

I added a settings menu that allows you to change the star count, range, gravity and the mouse speed from the game itself
I also added a pause menu to the game that allows you to resume go to the main menu and quit the game.

For future updates I am planning on adding an object but still leaving in a zen mode to just fly around in for fun
